Purchasing the 1ShopMobile.com Extended Warranty Plans will give you an added peace of mind knowing that your investment will be protected with professional maintenance and repair that will enable it to perform in optimum condition for years to come.
- The warranty service is offered from the date of arrival at your location.
- This warranty service is valid only for the original customer who purchased the item.
- The item(s) beyond the specific purchase period will not be covered with the warranty service.
- The warranty service must be purchased along with the original order and cannot purchase seperately.
- Each warranty is applicable to 1 registered IMEI only.
- Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our extended warranty plan.
- If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the extended warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases.
- All returns must first be authorized by 1ShopMobile.com prior to return. For incomplete warranty requests, 1ShopMobile.com reserves the right to refuse to provide any warranty service. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again 1ShopMobile.com reserves the right to refuse to provide any warranty service.
- All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, 1ShopMobile.com will offer an alternative solution.
The customer voids the extended warranty if they:
- Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
- Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
- Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
- Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
- Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
- Misuse of other software application which are not compatible with the item
- Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product
- IMEI of the device is not the same as we originally shipped
- Using incorrect power charger to charge the device
- The shipping fee for returning the product back to us will be paid by the customer.
- 1ShopMobile.com will by default resend the item to the customer via Yamato or FedEx Economy. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
- For multi-units order which do not require warranty services for all units, would you please submit 2 separate orders, "with" and "without" optional warranty services.
- It normally takes 2 - 3 weeks for our technicians to repair the device.
