Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit has less than sixty minutes and is within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
