1ShopMobile.com 12 Months Warranty Program

The objective of the Extended Warranty Program is to provide a flexible option for customer to obtain an extra product warranty beyond the original manufacturer warranty of the merchandise. By paying a very reasonable fee, customers can enjoy a warranty services for a period of 12 months. 
 

Terms & conditions 

1. This 1ShopMobile.com Warranty service must be purchased at the same time with your items. This 1ShopMobile.com Warranty program is valid only for the original consumer purchaser only. It will not cover physical and non-physical damages, which include accident, use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications, misuse other software application, damage due to shipment, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party, and failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

2. i. We do have the right to decide whether we will offer repair, replace, or issue a credit voucher regarding on the defective unit. Our 1ShopMobile.com Warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial / IMEI number altered, defaced or removed.

ii. Any defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty period is not accepted. 

iii. Before you return your items, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us. The customer is responsible for the package until it arrives at our offices. 

iv. When a return is authorized, please ship the return item via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. As 1ShopMobile.com will not responsible for damages or loss incurred in shipping, we requested you securely pack the product in a box using bubbles wrap. Please return the entire defective product with all the accessories including original box. Missing items may cause the failure for the warranty procedure. Return shipping fee are responsible by the customers. 

v. We will cover the shipping fee for returning the terms to customers, it may take up to 21 workings day to process the warranty items.

この保証期間延長プログラムの目的は、商品の製造業者がもともとつけてくれる保証期間をよりも長い保証期間をご希望のお客様に対して、そうできる選択肢を与えることです。ほんの少しの延長保証保険料を支払うことで、商品の保証期間を12ヶ月間まで延長することができます。 

契約条件 

1. このワンショップモバイルドットコムの商品保証サービス【1ShopMobile.com Warranty service】には、商品を購入する際に際に同時に加入していただかなければなりません。ワンショップモバイルドットコムの商品保証サービスは【1ShopMobile.com Warranty service】、商品を直接ご購入くださった方のみに対して有効となります。商品の仕様書の中に含まれていない部品を用いたために起きた事故、他のソフトウエアーを誤用した場合、船積みの際の破損、過失や火事・水害・稲光などの自然災害による破損、認可されていないような改造や第三者による部品の撤去などが行われた場合、商品に添付されている仕様書の指示に従わなかったために起きた問題などの場合には、それらによって引き起こされた物理的もしくは非物理的損害に対して、弊社は保証いたしません。

2. i. 修理・取替えなどを行うかどうかを決める最終決定権と、欠陥商品に対する保証引換券を発行するかどうかを決める最終決定権は弊社にあります。ワンショップモバイルドットコムの商品保証サービス【1ShopMobile.com Warranty service】は、商品の製造番号・IMEI番号などが剥ぎ取られていたり、製造番号が変更されていたり読み取れない状態になっている場合には、その製品に対しては適応されません。

ii. 無償保証期間がすぎましたら、交換が出来ません。

iii.製品を返却する前に、まずお客様から弊社にご連絡をいただかなければなりません。そして商品返却許可証番号(RMA). を受け取らなければなりません。製品返却許可証番号 (RMA)を同封せずに製品だけを送り返していただいても弊社は受理いたしません。またお客様が返品された商品が、弊社に到着する前に紛失した場合には、その紛失および損失の責任はお客様にあるものし弊社はその責任を負いません。

iv. 製品の返品が認められた後、保険をかけてくれる運輸会社を使って商品をご返却ください。その際、その小包のトラッキングナンバー【紛失した場合の追跡番号】を必ず受け取っておいてください。ワンショップモバイルドットコム【1ShopMobile.com Warranty service】は、返品印の際に起こった破損に対してはその責任を負いません。梱包用のバブルラップを用いて商品が破損しないようにきちんと包んでください。不良品はその付属品と共に部品の全てを、製品がもともと入っていた箱に入れて、送り返してください。商品の一部分が入っていない場合には損害保証が受けられない事もあります。なお、返品の際の送料はお客様に負担していただきます。

v. 返品された商品のかわりの物を弊社からお客様に送る際の送料は、弊社が負担いたします。かわりの製品を送る際には最長で21日間かかる場合もあることをご承知おきください。

ii.お客様の商品の問題点が弊社の保証契約によってカバーされるべき性質のものかどうかについては、弊社の技術担当者【テクニカルサポート】がその決定をするものとします。
