Privacy Policy

All returns and exchange can be made only within 10 days from purchase date. We only offer store credits for all returns. We do not refund money, no exceptions. All store credits will be in the amount of the original invoice amount minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking/cancellation fee. The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit and its components. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. We may also decline your return / cancellation request once your order is being processed. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.

Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit has less than sixty minutes and is within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, manuals, and all accessories.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged altered missing written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please noted that it may take a longer time for the delivery to Non-Metropolitan area. As there might be unexpected bad weather or traffic congestion and etc., it is recommended to take into consideration and place orders at least 3 days ahead. Please be informed that in case of the above matters, our Company will not be responsible for any special compensation. FedEx will only ship to major cities. If can't ship by FedEx, then it will automatically change to ship by other couriers (DHL, UPS, or Yamato Transport). 

Please do not modify the Operating System (OS)!

If any defects occurred and the customer has modified the Operating System, customer has to bear the responsibility and will not be responsible to provide any repair / refund / exchange services.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use EMS or FedEx "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to, will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please be informed that we are just a mobile phone reseller, we will ensure that all phones are in brand new condition and no problem in operation before we send out.

Please be informed that any malfunction caused by the modification of hardware, software installation from Google's Play, Apple's Apps Store and etc. will void the 10 days dead on arrival warranty and it will not be covered.

In this case, we cannot provide any refund, exchange of goods or repairing service Free of Charge. If repairing is needed, a repairing fee will be charged.
