You may return any new items purchased from that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a refund within 30 days of purchase. reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a fee up to 50 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned items that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. will not accept returns of any items more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. 

Please noted that it may take a longer time for the delivery to Non-Metropolitan area. As there might be unexpected bad weather or traffic congestion and etc., it is recommended to take into consideration and place orders at least 3 days ahead. Please be informed that in case of the above matters, our Company will not be responsible for any special compensation. FedEx will only ship to major cities. If the package cannot be ship by FedEx, then it will automatically change to ship by other couriers (DHL, UPS, or Yamato Transport).

Please do not modify the Operating System (OS)!

If any defects occurred and the customer has modified the Operating System, customer has to bear the responsibility and will not be responsible to provide any repair / refund / exchange services.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused and we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to if the item is not "dead on arrival" and we suggest you to have the package insured. However, If you receive an item that is "dead on arrival" and would like to return / exchange it, will bear for the return shipping cost.

Please be informed that we are a mobile phone reseller and not the manufacturer, we will ensure that all phones are in brand new condition and no problem in operation before we send out.

Please be informed that any malfunction caused by the modification of hardware, software, and inappropriate installation from Google Play Store / Apple Apps Store will void the 30 days dead on arrival warranty and it will not be covered.
 In this case, we cannot provide any refund or exchange of goods.
